Ruby Car Rental provides free delivery anywhere in downtown area and airport.

200 THB. For one way up to 30 km.

All RUBY CAR RENTAL vehicles are new models.

All RUBY CAR RENTAL vehicles are metallic silver.
Bus questions

How many seats in the bus?
VIP bus has 9 seats and standard bus has 12 seats.

How many hours does the chauffeur work?
For safety reasons Ruby Car Rental limit the chauffeur hours to 12 hours a day. (Not after 8.00pm.)

Where does the driver stay when the guest stay overnight?
Guest may provide a room for the chauffeur or he must provide his own accommodation.

What does the car insurance cover?
Damage to vehicle and vehicle occupants.

What is 5000 THB. Insurance deposit for?
If the renter decides not to pay 300 THB. Daily Loss Damage Waiver and the vehicle is involved in an accident or damaged while in his possession the 5000THB. covers minimum excess insurance charge for vehicle repair.

What is 300 THB. per day for?
The renter may purchase 300 THB. Per day loss damage waiver (LDW) that reduces the financial liability for loss or damage.
